Terms for CNWB Card
The introductory interest rate is guaranteed as long
as you do not exceed your credit limit and no payments are late.
Non-introductory rates
are also subject to change if (i) you do not keep your CNWB
Card account in good standing (for example: if you exceed your credit
limit or you make a late payment, or you make bad payment (returned
checks); or (ii) you do not maintain good standing on your other
credit accounts and excellent performance with the credit bureaus.
During the Introductory Period your minimum payment
will be 1/3 of your outstanding balance or $25.00; whichever is
greater, unless you choose to pay the balance in full. Thereafter,
your minimum monthly payments will be 5% of your outstanding balance
or $25.00; whichever is greater, unless you choose to pay the balance
in full.
CNWB Card will allocate your payment in the manner
it deems appropriate including applying your payment first to fees
outstanding, then to the account balance.
CNWB Card reserves the right to change the benefit features
associated with your card at any time.
Balance Transfer Option: You may not transfer balances
from other credit card accounts. CNWB Card reserves the right
to decline to process any partial or full balance transfer request
and will not process a balance transfer request from any other account
you may have with CNWB Bank or any of our related banks.
You are applying for a CNWB Card credit card account.
The lines of credit offered with this account range from $100 to
$500. If we are unable to issue you a CNWB Card, we will consider
you for a CNWB Debit Card with limits set by you. The CNWB
Debit Card terms and conditions are set forth below. Please press

Important Information Regarding
Your Application
You agree that CNWB Card has the right to obtain
a current credit report in connection with our review of your application
and subsequently in connection with a requested charge to your account,
the renewal of your account, or a change in your credit line; and
that CNWB Card has the right to report to others its credit
experience with you. Upon your request, we will tell you the name
and address of each consumer-reporting agency from which we obtained
a consumer report about you. We will review your credit history
and income to determine if you qualify for a CNWB Card Credit
Card and, if so, your credit line. In certain instances, based on
this review, you may receive an option for a CNWB Debit Card.
The minimum gross annual household income required for a CNWB
Card Credit Card is $12,000.
Omission of any information requested on the application
may be reason for denial of an account. This offer is available
only to applicants who reside in the United States of America. The
credit disclosures given above were published in May 2001, and were
accurate as of that date. The credit information is subject to change
