A customer comes to your site and attempts to pay with their credit card. Their credit card is declined. You as a merchant then offer the merchant alternative means of entering your site. One of those ways is a loan from IDVsystem. If the customer clicks on our option, CNWB will offer your customer a LOAN to enter your site. Your customer verifies their personal information. We do a series of database verifications. If your customer meets our standards, we extend the loan. You then are asked to provide a password to the customer for entry into your site.

Merchants are paid in a cumulative manner. The merchant is paid for the initial click to IDVsystem. And then the merchant is compensated when CNWB collects from the customer. We are finding that, if the content is attractive enough, customers who use IDVsystem do go on and become paying customers of the site to which the original loan was given.

Dialers are excellent alternatives to IDVsystem for Foreign traffic. While we certainly endorse their use, Dialers are not a U.S or Canadian solution. In fact, many dialer companies will just toss away U.S. traffic. Oddly enough for the same reason American merchants have troubles with foreign traffic... "collectability", foreign merchants have the same issue with American traffic. IDVsystem is a great solution for both Foreign and American merchants alike, for U.S and Canadian traffic.

CNWB will present the merchant with a half page graphic to be placed at the decline notification page of the merchant. The Graphic will come with its own html links with the merchant account information already included.

The merchant must code to receive a message from IDVsystem to allow "This" particular customer a password to enter the site for the predetermined length of membership.

The merchant may login to CNWB Members Lounge to check on their IDVsystem account status.
