Q. What is CNWB Card? | A. CNWB Card is the first credit card designed expressly for Internet use. It offers unprecedented security, convenience, and value that are made possible by technological innovations unavailable anywhere else.

In many ways, CNWB Card functions exactly as a regular credit card. The most important aspect of the CNWB card is our "Checkout" methodology. With this checkout process it is virtually impossible for someone to use your credit card without your knowledge or consent. Just as with ATM withdrawals, all CNWB Card transactions require a special PIN code that only you and CNWB know. Not even the merchants are ever exposed to this information..

Q. How do I get a replacement card if mine is lost or stolen? | A. If your CNWB Card has been lost or stolen do not panic! (Remember, no one can use your card without your PIN code) Visit your Member's lounge to report the loss or theft and we will arrange for a replacement card to be mailed to you. You should keep a copy of your CNWB Card PIN code in a convenient place separate from your card or call us at (800) 781-0080 between the hours of 8am-6pm PST, M-F; 8am-5pm PST Sat.

Q. When will I receive my CNWB Card? | A. You should receive my CNWB Card in the mail within 7-10 business days after your application has been approved. If you have not received your card, please call us at (800) 781-0080 between the hours of 8am-6pm PST, M-F; 8am-5pm PST Sat.

Q. How fast can my application be processed? | A. We will let you know in moments if you have been approved for the CNWB Card.

Q. Who can apply for a CNWB Card? | A. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must have a current and physical address in the United States*. We cannot accept any Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box), Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO). You must have the required minimum household income of $12,000.

Annual Percentage Rates

Q. What types of interest rates does CNWB Card offer? | A. A fixed introductory rate of 0.00% (0.00% daily periodic rate) on purchases for the first 180 days. After that, a fixed rate of 9.95%, (0..0272% daily periodic rate). If payment is received late once during the introductory period, the rate will adjust to a fixed rate of 9.95%.

Online Account Management Tools

Q. Are there any fees associated with the CNWB Card online account management? | A. CNWB Cardholders gain access to their account for no additional charge just by going to www.cyberagecard.com and clicking on the Cardholder login. As a CNWB Cardholder, you can also download your statements into MS Money or Quicken for no additional cost.

Q. I am having trouble logging into my account. What should I do? | A. It is possible that you are unable to login for one of the following reasons:

You may have typed in the wrong Internet address.

You misspelled or typed the wrong Username or Password. If you notice any errors, please close your browser and reconnect to try again.

You may have hit the Enter key instead of clicking Cardholder Login.

You may have been locked out of your account for security reasons. To protect our cardholders, our system locks accounts after three unsuccessful login attempts. If you need assistance, please call CNWB Card Customer Service at (800) 781-0080.
